The Dashboard is the central hub of the SMSSim Web App, providing users with an overview of their credits, message statistics, and recent activity logs. Below is a detailed breakdown of the elements on the dashboard:

1. Credit Overview

At the top of the dashboard, users can see their available credits for SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. These credits are essential for sending messages via their respective channels.

  • SMS Credit: Indicates the remaining balance for SMS messages.
  • Email Credit: Shows the available email credits.
  • WhatsApp Credit: Displays the balance for WhatsApp messages.

Action:

  • Click the "Buy Credit" button next to any credit type to purchase additional credits.


2. Statistics Summary

This section provides a quick overview of the status of messages across all channels.

  • SMS Statistics:
    • Total: Total number of SMS messages sent.
    • Success: Number of successfully delivered SMS messages.
    • Pending: Messages queued for sending.
    • Failed: Messages that could not be delivered.
  • Email Statistics:
    • Total: Total number of emails sent.
    • Success: Number of successfully delivered emails.
    • Pending: Emails queued for sending.
    • Failed: Emails that could not be delivered.
  • WhatsApp Statistics:
    • Total: Total number of WhatsApp messages sent.
    • Success: Number of successfully delivered WhatsApp messages.
    • Pending: Messages queued for sending.
    • Failed: Messages that could not be delivered.

Tip: Use these stats to monitor the performance and success rate of your campaigns.


3. WhatsApp Cloud API

On the right-hand side, there is an advertisement panel for the WhatsApp Cloud API. This feature offers an alternative solution to the standard WhatsApp Node Modules.

Action:

  • Click the "Try Now" button to explore this feature and learn more about its benefits.


4. Latest Credit Log

This table displays recent credit transactions. It includes the following columns:

  • Date: When the transaction occurred.
  • Trx Number: The transaction ID for reference.
  • Channel: Indicates whether the transaction was for SMS, Email, or WhatsApp credits.
  • Previous Credit: The credit balance before the transaction.
  • Credit: The amount of credit purchased.

Note: In the screenshot, no transactions are displayed, indicating no credit purchases have been made yet.


5. Latest Transactions Log

This table lists the most recent message-related activities and transactions. Columns include:

  • Date: The timestamp of the transaction.
  • Trx Number: The transaction reference number.
  • Amount: The cost of the transaction.
  • Detail: Additional information about the transaction.

Note: The demo account currently shows no data in this section.


6. Support and Version Information

At the bottom of the dashboard:

  • Support: A clickable link to access customer support.
  • Version: Displays the current version of the SMSSim Web App (e.g., Version 3.2.0).


Key Features:

  • User-Friendly Interface: The dashboard provides an at-a-glance summary of all important information.
  • Actionable Insights: Monitor message performance, credit usage, and account activity with ease.
  • Real-Time Updates: Statistics and logs are updated in real time for accurate reporting.
