8:30 am leaving HN for Le Mat snake village, special discovery of Bat Trang ceramics village, and return to HN passing river by fisherman’s boat chatting with local people, seeing the real life of farmers. Lunch with Bun Cha

Start from the way to choose fresh ingredients at the market, to a practical cooking demonstration in the kitchen followed by and tasting the results at lunchtime in the hotel’s restaurant. The class is held every morning from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00am onwards. Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
We greet you at the Noi Bai airport and transfer to Hotel Sofitel Metropol, stay at leisure, evening water puppet show at Thang Long puppet theatre (you may want to take a walk there because the theatre is very close to the hotel).
Day 2: Morning we get on Xich Lo (cycling tricycle) touring around the old town of Hanoi and to market for ingredients of your cooking course then your cooking is started at the hotel at 10:am. The cooking is three hours. Afternoon seeing the attraction places of Hanoi.

Day 3: Morning the cooking course is the same the last day. Afternoon we drive to suburb of Hanoi to see Bat Trang ceramic village- the number one ceramics in Vietnam date back six hundred years. We continue driving to But Thap pagoda, the pagoda location is in the middle of rice and vegetable and flower fields, the great pagoda architecture in Vietnam. After But Thap pagoda we visit Le Mat snake village before end tour.
Day 4: Morning we take a day drive to Halong bay (3 hour driving). When we get to Halong bay we get on boat for cruising (4 hours) seeing cave and the eight wonders of the world, lunch on boat with seafood. We get back to Hanoi around 7pm.
We drop you off to the airport for your departure.
