4. Nasi Tumpeng
Nasi Tumpeng is a popular dish in Jakarta with two fancy colors: green and yellow. Nasi Tumpeng is also cooked with coconut milk, but goes through two different stages – the green from pineapple leaves and yellow from turmeric. The shape of this dish is also quite strange because it’s displayed in the shape of a pyramid and surrounded by many other foods.
